Hi. I loved what you have written regarding Anxiety. I lived with this most of my life and can be hard at times. I find it hard to go out sometimes and drive and go places I do it though, because I don’t want this to close in on me as it has done so in the past. But from reading some of your online things you seem very compassionate and spot on with what I am going through. Thank you.
